Passenger Transport and Service Agreement

1-the parties :
Ice Travel Tourism Travel agency / ICE transfer stone. Taş. Tur. İnş.Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.
(icetransfer.com.tr) referred to briefly as ‘ICE transfer’.
In the reservation, the name, surname and/or address of the person and / or the person to whom it represents shall be referred to as ‘the consumer or the customer’.
2-subject :
This agreement was made between the consumer and the ICE transfer. The conditions of this contract and the sales of specified services or transfer qualities from the website to telephone services is regulated in the electronic environment for the sale of and the rights of the parties and acquisition.
The parties hereby agree to provide transfer service to and from the addresses and hotels designated by them before and after the flight, to the airports and/or to the opposite direction, and to perform this service by ICE transfer in return for the price of the service within the framework of the terms of this agreement.

3-Service and payment information
- The price of the contract is the number specified in the booking confirmation form.
- Requests for different points requested outside the route(s) specified in the reservation in the special transfer service; including price on the Route and if not on the route, the amount determined by the ICE transfer for each different point is paid by the passenger in the zone.
- ICE transfer has the right to make changes to the transfer vehicle without informing the consumer in cases where necessary.If the customer does not accept this change, he / she has the right to cancel his / her reservation and receive the full amount of the payment. In this case, the customer does not have the right to compensation.
- The consumer hereby authorizes the transfer of credit card information and The Ice transfer service fee to be collected in the system. The ICE transfer system is encrypted with 3D security and is responsible for the credit card information that the consumer has entered.
Invoicing period for service purchased V.U.K. 7 days, including the date of purchase, provided that the month is not skipped.

7-General Provisions
Passengers are required to wear safety belts for traffic laws and life safety.
The customer agrees to accept the terms of the agreement between the parties in writing by taking this agreement by credit card, even if he / she has not signed it for any reason.
Consumer business must have booked at the latest 6 (six) hours prior to the service time in order to benefit from the service which is subject to this contract. On religious and national holidays, New Year's Eve and other official holiday days must have booked at least 48(forty eight) hours prior to the transfer. The reservation can be cancelled by the customer up to 6 hours before. In this case, a refund is made to the customer. Later cancellation of the reservation will not be refunded the service fee. Route to follow along the way from service to departure point to destination; the traffic , road condition and other criteria are determined exclusively by Ice transfer.

 In transfer services other than allocation and tour services, the customer is not authorized to change this route. In this context, requests for a different location between the designated routes and waiting for a period of time cannot be accepted. ICE transfer is only obliged to deliver the customer from one point to the designated point, from point to point to the airport or from point to point. ICE transfer is required to allocate the vehicle according to the number of passengers and the volume of baggage determined at the time the consumer purchased it online. ICE transfer; the business undertakes that all the vehicles that will be allocated to the service subject to this agreement will be fully insured, that the periodic maintenance of the vehicles will be performed without any loss, that the materials such as mandatory stepne, first aid kit,fire extinguisher tube, reflector will be present in the vehicle. In the event of any traffic accident or any other cause which may occur during the service, the customer shall not be liable for any loss of body or material or for any damage to the goods carried by the customer.

 In such a case, the client shall be entitled to the transfer of the ICE transfer's Employees Act No. 66. You acknowledge and agree that you will not have any liability arising from any provision of this agreement or any other provisions of this agreement. ICE Transfer liability clauses of this contract are reserved. In case of exceeding the number of persons and the amount of baggage determined by the customer at the time of purchase despite the allocation of the vehicle suitable for the transfer service, the transfer is performed without exceeding the legally determined transportation conditions of the vehicle. Passengers or baggage exceeding the legal limits shall not be admitted to the vehicle.If the customer renounces the transfer service for this reason, no refund will be made. The customer is obliged to certify that he / she has purchased the service to the ICE transfer personnel in the vehicle at the transfer point with his / her identity documents or booking document issued by the legal authorities. The customer who does not fulfill this obligation will not be transferred.
In the event of a change in flight schedules or operational cancellations and/or other delays made by the customer prior to the booking of the carriage service, the customer may contact the relevant ICE transfer via telephone or info@icetransfer.com.tr he is obliged to inform by sending an e-mail to this address. In case of delay or Rotar which will occur for more than 3 hours, ICE transfer reserves the right to change the terms of service without notice to the customer. In this context, if the flight is cancelled for any reason, the cancellation of the customer will be made to ICE transfer. info@icetransfer.com.tr if he / she reports by e-mail to his / her address, if he / she has paid the transfer fee, he / she will be refunded at the latest within 7 days without interruption by the customer's payment method.

 It is the customer's responsibility to load the baggage into full and complete vehicles and to be delivered from the vehicle. ICE transfer is not responsible for the loss or damage of the items that are forgotten by the customer in the vehicle during the transfer. However, if the forgotten goods are subsequently discovered by the ICE transfer personnel, they will be delivered to the address specified within the borders of Antalya in return for the extra service fee within the same day upon the request of the customer.
ICE transfer is not responsible for carrying sacks, crates and similar items which will damage the vehicle as baggage during service. Every passenger has a 20 kg baggage allowance per person. In the event of any loss or damage of baggage caused by ICE transfer, the service fee is paid to the passenger as tangible and intangible compensation for goods which have not been declared value received before. Customer transfer subject bag in flammable, drug, fluidized, smelling, radioactive and It accepts, undertakes and declares that there is no substance that is prohibited to be transported and kept by the legislation of Turkish Republic Laws. If the presence of the items listed in the baggage is noticed by the driver, the baggage is not accepted in the vehicle.No refund will be made if the transfer cannot be made during the evacuation of the mentioned items from the baggage or if the customer cannot reach the flight due to lost time.Also in this case customer, You may not claim any rights or claims under any name against ICE transfer. In case of the presence of the above mentioned items in the baggage, the case will be notified immediately by ICE transfer to the competent authorities. If the presence of such items is determined by stopping and searching the law enforcement authorities during the transfer, any damage or loss caused by ICE transfer will be compensated immediately by the customer in cash.

 The customer's pet transfer requests and the type of pet to be transported will be notified by the customer at the time of the online purchase of the service. No animal transfer shall be made without such notification. There is no animal transfer by itself without an adult client. The animal to be transferred under these conditions may only be carried in a special cage, at the customer's own risk, in the section designated by The Ice transfer personnel in the vehicle. T.C. in accordance with the law, acquisition, possession and transfer of animals that are contrary to the law is not possible under any circumstances. In the transfers from a certain point to the airport, ICE Transfer declares and undertakes that the vehicle allocated for the transfer will be at the designated point at the time of transfer. A delay of 15 (fifteen) minutes from the time of transfer shall be deemed reasonable delay. In case of delay exceeding 15 (fifteen) minutes, the customer does not have to wait for the vehicle. In this case, the transfer fee is refunded to the customer. Transfer points such as Sites, public housing; if the delay period of 15 (fifteen) minutes is exceeded due to the blocking of the vehicle entering the site, the responsibility is not for the ICE transfer. If 15 (fifteen) minutes are exceeded in this way and the customer does not wait for the vehicle, no refund will be made.The customer must be present with the baggage at the point specified at the time of transfer. If the customer is not ready at the transfer point at the time of transfer, the vehicle allocated by ICE transfer is obliged to wait 15(fifteen) minutes. If the customer does not reach the specified point with his / her baggage at the end of 15 (fifteen) minutes, the vehicle is not expected to wait longer.
